Optima work alongside Sales executives and Account Managers, to both initiate and build relationships at the ‘C’ level, whilst working throughout target organizations identifying business opportunities, which could lead to medium term wins. This enables us, working closely with our clients, to cover each account comprehensively to ensure that all the correct relationships are in place and that all key projects and opportunities are visible and an appropriate plan is in place.

When we target large enterprise accounts for our clients it is often that further to a “C” level meeting there are still a lot of actions to put in place. We have a specific program to support our client’s senior sales team to make sure that all the correct relationships are in place with the Decision-maker, Decision taker and budget holder, and we work alongside senior sales people to ensure that a relationship will be initiated with all subsidiaries/divisions.
