Graham Curme - CEO
Graham is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Optima Consulting Partners. A successful entrepreneur, he was one of the founders of PGP Europe, later acquired by Network Associates. Unlike his football team, Fulham, Graham has secured a number of major titles across his career. With 14 years of senior sales and marketing experience in high profile software technology companies including Callidus Software Inc, he was European Managing Director and Automatic Data Processing where he was head of UK sales. He is also an accomplished speaker on both sides of the Atlantic, presenting a powerful sales model which addresses the challenges faced by today's technology companies as they strive for growth.
Aurelien Mottier - Sales Director
Aurelien (Ray) is Sales Director at Optima and serves on the operational board. Ray is responsible for the strategic growth of the company where he utilises his excellent communication skills and genuine passion for Optima’s development, building multiple cohesive relationships with his team at Optima, our existing clients and prospects, whilst keeping a continuous focus on developing Optima’s core services . Ray also heads up the Paris office and spends his time between here and our head offices in Guildford.
Ray holds two degrees in Engineering and Computing and a degree in Business. He started his career as trainee marketing assistant with Philips based in France. Ray originally came to England in 2004 to study the language and joined us in 2006 as Lead Generation Consultant. Due to his own personal development and Optima’s organic growth he has risen to Sales Director in 3 short years. During his spare time, when he has some, he enjoys fine food, art and keeps himself active by regularly playing squash.
Haydar Sahib - Head of Southern Europe
Haydar heads up our Southern Europe region. Haydar grew up in Paris but now works and lives between both London and Paris. He is Fluent in 4 languages, including, Arabic, French, German and English. Before joining Optima Haydar worked in Paris as an IT marketing consultant with a multi-national software vendor in the business intelligence sector. Working under the pressure of deadlines and target comes naturally to Haydar, he therefore adopts a calm and controlled approach to delivering sales results in the IT sector!
