We have responded to a growing demand from our clients for a service that maximises the value of the leads that are generated through inbound or outbound activity. It is typical that the sales team will immediately claim the top 5-10% of leads that are generated, ie. the “Hot Ones”. What happens to the other 90%?
We utilize a four step lead nurturing process that guarantees all prospects will be managed effectively, including those that will not close within 3 months.
Step 1:
We undertake initial qualification and identify those prospects that should just be engaged with immediately and then effect the meeting.
Step 2:
Secondly we categorize the remaining prospects into mid-term, long-term and qualified out. We then input all prospects with the relevant information into our ATS database software which has been specially designed for the Prospect Nurturing program.
Step 3:
With mid-term and long-term prospects we implement a constant touch program which nurtures the prospect through the provision of relevant and timely information via phone and email to ensure that when they are ready to move into the buying process they are familiar with our customer and the value they bring.
Step 4:
Optima provide a monthly or weekly report to the client and immediately pass on any prospects that meet the predefined criteria to enter into the buying cycle.

Possessing a minimum of three years business and technical experience, our consultants use that knowledge to engage key executives and decision-makers, qualify business and technical needs, and secure the critical meetings vital to our clients’ success.
The business Development managers primary objective for cold calling will be to identify and qualify prospects from a commercial perspective. He/she will represent himself/herself as your companies Pre-sales Representative and will attempt to identify the needs of a prospect and/or existing customer. Our Business Development Team will work closely with him/her to ensure that all service level agreements are being met.
