Optima Announce the Acquisition of Monkeehouse
Monkeehouse specialises in providing support systems for a diverse range of businesses to help streamline current processes and helping them to develop new or improved approaches. Monkeehouse have worked alongside us on a number of projects such as creating and developing our Appointment Tracking System (ATS) which has become an integral part of the customer management system at Optima. We felt their solution lead thinking and focus on getting to know each individual company they’re working with through gaining a thorough understanding of how an individual company operates reflected our core values at Optima.
Having worked closely with Monkeehouse over a number of years and took the decision in 2008 to form an official partnership with them. With Monkeehouse on board we intend to broaden and improve upon our service offerings.
